Well, Mariola and I had a lot of conversation, individual sessions and now of course the team sessions and I most, mostly love Mariola's energy. It's always positive, it's always thriving and it's pushing in a good direction and I know that because of the sessions that we have and we've shared with the team that you can make more things. Well, we can talk about more things in the team as well. And we take a lot of steps in the right direction.
